Biography

Hugh Cole teaches Interpersonal Dynamics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Group Psychotherapist, as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He has served as a senior clinician at Howard Brown Health Center, where he provided group and individual relational psychotherapy while also offering clinical supervision and consultation. Currently, he is pursuing certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), and Applied Jungian Depth Psychotherapy. Outside of academia, Hugh enjoys art, travel, music, theatre, gardening, and social justice initiatives.
