Biography

Hui Chen is a Staff Scientist in the Communication Systems group within the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology. He has actively contributed to numerous EU projects, including 6G-DISAC, RISE-6G, HEXA-X-II, HEXA-X, and Swedish Vinnova projects such as 5GPOS and B5GPOS. His research is centered around advanced 5G and 6G technologies, particularly in localization and sensing techniques, distributed intelligent sensing and communication (ISAC), and the application of machine learning methodologies in these areas. Hui is a recipient of the prestigious European Union Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship and has also been awarded the Swedish Vinnova International Mobility Grant as well as funding for various projects from Chalmers and Ericsson Research. His work is at the forefront of innovation in communication technologies, aiming to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of wireless networks in the future.
