Biography

Hylke Dijkstra is a Full Professor of International Security Cooperation at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, where he specializes in global governance, multilateralism, and international organizations. Dijkstra coordinates the Horizon project ENSURED, which aims to transform global governance among EU member states. His publications include significant contributions to the field, such as books and over 30 articles in academic journals.
