Iain MacNeil joined the School of Law in 2003 and was appointed Alexander Stone Chair in Commercial Law in 2005. His work has included significant collaborations that have expanded his research into the dynamics of corporate law in different social systems across the globe, particularly in light of regulatory challenges and sustainability issues.
