Biography

Ian Cochran is a part-time Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where he teaches on the MSc Change Finance & Investment program. Ian's academic qualifications include a PhD in economics from Université Paris-Dauphine, a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences-Po Paris, and a BA in Policy Studies from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Public Affairs.
