Biography

Ian Comisky is an Adjunct Professor at Penn Carey Law, bringing more than 26 years of extensive legal experience in areas such as white-collar criminal defense, tax litigation, and complex corporate commercial litigation. He is a co-author of a two-volume treatise on Tax Fraud and Evasion and has made media appearances on CNBC's Money Talk and CNN to comment on tax-related issues. In 1995, he was elected to the American College of Tax Counsel, reflecting his expertise and contributions to the field.
