Biography

Ian Roxan is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto, an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a PhD from Cambridge University. He began his career in Toronto practicing trust and tax law before working with the Canadian Department of Finance, where he was involved in developing tax policy.
