Biography

Ian Spears is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Guelph. He earned his Ph.D. from McGill University in 1998. His research focuses on the obstacles to conflict resolution in violent conflicts, primarily in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
