Biography

Inez Fung earned her S.B. in Applied Mathematics in 1971 and her ScD in Meteorology in 1977, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is a Professor of Atmospheric Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research interests are primarily focused on Climate Carbon Interactions, Biogeochemical cycles, Earth System Modeling, and Remote Sensing of Earth Systems.
