Biography

Eukaryotic membrane proteins comprise 60% of drug targets and are consequently immensely important in biomedical research. Despite their significance, relatively few of these proteins have been studied at the structural level. My research focuses on the structure and function of eukaryotic membrane proteins using cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM).
