Biography

Ioulia Ossokina is an urban economist and lateral entrant to academia who joined Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in 2016, focusing on Urban Economics and Technological Innovation. she has developed a successful program supported by multiple research and teaching grants. With a strong academic background in mathematical economics and econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she obtained her PhD in 2003, Ossokina previously served for 13 years as a senior economic researcher at the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, a financial think tank for the Dutch Government.
