Biography

Irene Bavuso is an Assistant Professor in Medieval History at Utrecht University. She is an early medieval historian whose research focuses on networks of trade, production, mobility, and the circulation of technical knowledge. She has also worked at the Centre for Urban Network Evolutions (UrbNet) at Aarhus University.
