Irene Yang is a Professor and Endowed Chair in Spine and Trauma Biomechanics at Western University, affiliated with the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering and the Department of Surgery at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. Dr. Yang is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Orthopaedic Research Society and the International Section for Fracture Repair, and serves as an Associate Editor for the Bone and Joint Research Journal.
