Biography

Ishaan Dave is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at Brown University. He completed his doctorate in Biostatistics at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and has an MSPH in Biostatistics as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Emory University. His research interests focus on modeling physiological systems, with the goal of accurately identifying sources of variability to understand the underlying mechanics of how these systems function. Furthermore, his current work at Wellstar Health System involves analyzing factors associated with clinical resiliency and wellness. Prior to his current position, Dr. Dave gained valuable experience through research assistantships at the University of Georgia in the Hallow Lab, as well as internships throughout his academic career. He is currently teaching introductory Probability and Statistics courses in the newly offered Executive MPH Program at the School of Public Health. Dr. Dave's dedication to biostatistics and health analysis showcases his commitment to advancing the field and contributing to the understanding of health systems.
