Dr. Isibor Arhuidese

Biography

Isibor Arhuidese is a vascular endovascular surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery, specializing in the use of medical and surgical therapies for the treatment of vascular diseases. He holds appointments in the Department of Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine, the Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health, and the Section of Biomedical Informatics and Data Science at the Yale School of Medicine. His clinical interests include aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, and the creation of vascular access for hemodialysis. Dr. Arhuidese emphasizes effective communication strategies to enhance shared decision-making among patients and their healthcare teams. He is committed to using the latest research to tailor treatment approaches to individual patient needs. Dr. Arhuidese received his medical degree from the University of Benin in Nigeria and completed a Master’s in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
