Biography

Isil Isik Andsoy completed her Bachelor’s, Master's, and Ph.D. education in nursing at Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. She has worked as an operating room nurse supervisor and in a surgical unit in Istanbul. Additionally, she served as a research assistant at the College of Nursing in Marmara University. Dr. Andsoy has held positions as an Assistant Professor since 2010 and became an Associate Professor in 2018 at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Karabuk University, Turkey. She notably spent three months as an observer at the University of Chicago, Illinois, School of Nursing in 2011 and has participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Klaipeda University in Lithuania twice in 2022 and 2024. She actively engages in national and international conferences and meetings.
