He collaborates with a team of researchers from interdisciplinary backgrounds and works closely with industry partners, including Philips Research, DAF, and Smart Homes. Jaap enjoys working in dynamic and creative environments and is dedicated to finding commercially viable solutions to significant societal challenges, leveraging his extensive network of researchers and innovators. He is passionate about understanding and developing technology that facilitates behavior change.
