Biography

Jack Edmondson is the Chief Investment Officer at Oxford Science Enterprises and an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at OUEM Ltd, Oxford University's Endowment Management office, where he focused on investments across various geographies and asset classes aimed at long-term growth of the University's capital. Before joining Oxford, Jack gained extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked at Merrill Lynch and Exponent Private Equity, as well as in consulting at McKinsey & Company. In addition to his role at Oxford, he is a member of the Private Equity Institute Advisory Board and serves on external investment committees. Jack is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Oxford, where he received the JP Morgan prize in Finance. He also graduated with a first-class degree in history from Durham University and was recognized as a University Scholar.
