Dr. Jack Porrino

Biography

Jack Porrino, MD, is a Professor in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine. He specializes in musculoskeletal imaging, focusing on the interpretation of images and performing specialty-specific procedures. Dr. Porrino completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. He pursued his residency in radiology at the University of Arizona and underwent specialized training in musculoskeletal imaging at the University of Washington. His research interests encompass various aspects of musculoskeletal pathologies, particularly in wrist pathology and multi-ligament knee injuries, contributing to numerous publications in these areas.
