Biography

Dr. Jackson Cone is an Assistant Professor and Canada Research Chair (Tier II) in Computational Behavioural Neuroscience at the University of Calgary's Hotchkiss Brain Institute. After completing his PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 2014, Dr. Cone pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroscience at the University of Chicago. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. He has received several awards for his research and supervisory excellence, emphasizing his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of neuroscience.
