Dr. Jaclyn Novak Lutz

Biography

Jaclyn Novak-Lutz is a Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at Baruch College, where she has been teaching since the fall of 2020. With a strong commitment to fostering engaging classroom climates, Jaclyn helps students feel comfortable and confident in sharing their ideas and experiences. She is passionate about assisting students in developing their professional and interpersonal communication skills. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University, a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Graduate Certificate in Communication Studies from Indiana University. At Baruch College, she instructs courses such as Business Communication, Interpersonal Communication, and Conflict Resolution. Prior to her role at Baruch, she served as an Adjunct Lecturer at New York City College of Technology, instructing Public Speaking. Jaclyn is also involved in multiple academic committees and initiatives to enhance the educational experience of her students.
