Biography

Jacob Væver Andersen is a part-time researcher at the Department of Clinical Medicine, affiliated with the Center of Functionally Integrative Neuroscience at Aarhus University. His research focuses on the brain and nervous system, utilizing advanced imaging and recording methods. He explores ways to improve the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, with current projects studying memory, pain, and spinal cord signals. His recent work emphasizes the application of new sensor technologies, specifically Optically Pumped Magnetometers (OPMs), in clinical neuroscience.
