Biography

Dr. Jacob S. Brenner is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Systems Pharmacology and Translational Therapeutics in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He also works on engineered lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to address acute critical illnesses like ischemic stroke and sepsis. Dr. Brenner is involved in identifying the toxicological aspects of his treatments and applying complexity science to understand disease dynamics better.
