Biography

Jacob Lindh is engaged in human biology and sport science education research at the University of Gothenburg. His research utilizes innovations in education to help students explore exercise biomechanics effectively. He seeks to investigate the use of innovative technology and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve learning outcomes in exercise sciences. An experienced lecturer, Lindh teaches anatomy, physiology, sports physiology, and biomechanics and has been involved in human biology courses that intersect with exercise sciences and sports medicine. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teaching from the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH) in Stockholm, which he completed in 1997. Additionally, he has conducted advanced level studies in human biology at GIH and has been employed by the University of Gothenburg since 2001. Lindh has also played a significant role at the Center for Health and Human Performance (KHP) at the University of Gothenburg, which was inaugurated in March 2011. In this capacity, he coordinated projects and led early initiatives to develop the laboratory environment and operational plans that laid the foundation for KHP.
