Biography

Jacobi Elliot is an Adjunct Research Professor in the School of Health Studies at Western University. He holds a PhD in Aging, Health & Well-Being from the University of Waterloo and has an MSc in Health & Aging from Western University. Dr. Elliot's research mainly focuses on improving the healthcare system for older adults, specifically in the areas of care transitions, patient and caregiver engagement, and screening assessments.
