Jacobo Weinstock is an Associate Professor at the University of Southampton specializing in Zooarchaeology, Palaeogenetics, and Palaeoecology. Weinstock has also contributed to research on Neolithic faunal remains and taphonomic ecology of Late Quaternary faunal remains in various sites across the UK.
