Biography

Professor Jacqueline Broad specializes in the history of philosophy, with a particular focus on women philosophers during the early modern period (c. 1650-1750). Broad's publications include monographs, edited collections, and critical editions on key figures such as Mary Astell and notable philosophical traditions.
