Jacqueline has performed at events such as the Toronto Jazz Festival, Jade Music Fest in Taiwan, and several jazz festivals in Toronto, Vancouver, and Markham. Apart from her musical pursuits, Jacqueline is deeply committed to music education. In addition to her role as faculty at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music where she teaches jazz voice, she is the executive director and choral conductor at St. James Town Community Arts, a non-profit organization providing free arts education to children and youth in Toronto.
