Biography

Dr. Jacquelyn Cragg is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctorate (PhD) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the UBC School of Population and Public Health. Dr. Cragg has also completed post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries (ICORD). She employs a combination of prospective and retrospective investigations, integrating genetic, biochemical, and clinical assessments with medication history and traditional epidemiological techniques, as well as machine-learning algorithms. Her work utilizes advanced analytical methods to model disease progression, evaluate drug safety, and explore drug repurposing.
