Biography

Professor Jagmohan Raju is the Joseph J. Aresty Professor and Executive Director of the Wharton Co-Sponsorship Indian School of Business Program. He has served as the Vice Dean of Executive Education for six years. Raju is internationally recognized for his research in pricing strategies, coupon programs, managing private labels, and sales force compensation. He consults extensively for companies such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Medtronic, Warner Home Video, and Johnson & Johnson, helping them design pricing strategies and developing launch plans for new products. His work is published in leading academic journals including Management Science, Journal of Retailing, and Marketing Science. He is also the Marketing Editor for Management Science and has held the position of President of the INFORMS Society for Marketing Science. His teaching interests span introductory marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as specialized electives on pricing and competitive marketing strategy. Raju holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and has advanced degrees from Stanford University.
