Biography

Jaijeet Roychowdhury is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 1987, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 1993. Roychowdhury is also a co-founder of Berkeley Design Automation, a startup that was acquired by Mentor Graphics.
