Biography

James Clune is an Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Yale School of Medicine and a member of the Yale Cancer Center. Clune graduated from Wesleyan University and attained his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in craniofacial reconstruction at Children's Hospital Boston and underwent specialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Yale. His fellowship in upper extremity surgery was completed at the University of California and Shriners Hospital for Children. Clune has gained recognition as one of the "Top Doctors" in Reconstructive Oncology by Connecticut Magazine for the past three years.
