Biography

James Goudkamp is a Professor of Law Obligations at Keble College, University of Oxford. His research focuses on tort law, with interests that extend into various aspects of law obligations and civil procedure. He is an accomplished author with over 100 publications, contributing significantly to the field of legal scholarship.
