Dr. James Grant

Biography

James Grant is a Senior Lecturer in Law at King's College London, where he joined in August 2015. He has previously taught at the University of Oxford, the University of Glasgow, and the University of Sheffield. Dr. Grant holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford, an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Glasgow. His academic research focuses on various aspects of law, including Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Philosophy of Law, Human Rights Law, Public Law, Jurisprudence, Legal Theory, and Comparative Constitutional Law. In addition to his scholarly work, Dr. Grant has contributed to publications such as the New Statesman, Prospect magazine, and various Los Angeles-based publications. He is engaged in teaching Public Law and related legal courses.
