Dr. James Lee

Biography

James Lee is a board-certified plastic surgeon specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at McGill University. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, he pursued a medical degree at McGill University Faculty of Medicine. His residency training in Plastic Surgery was completed at the McGill Plastic Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Lee is recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is board eligible for the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He is dedicated to academic excellence, having published extensively in medical literature and receiving honors such as the Benjamin Shore Prize for the Canadian Plastic Surgery Exam and the Outstanding Resident Teacher award. His clinical interests include aesthetics and body contouring, and he is actively involved in scientific research focused on surgical innovation within the experimental surgery graduate program at McGill University. He is a member of various professional societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
