Biography

Dr. Longoria is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cardiothoracic surgeon and clinical associate professor in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, he has developed a high-volume surgical practice characterized by exceptionally low mortality and complication rates. His surgical expertise encompasses complex procedures including mitral and tricuspid valve repair, coronary artery bypass grafting, and treatments for high-risk VAD patients.
