Biography

James H Rhee is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University. He is a physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Rhee's clinical focus is on pain medicine, particularly concerning spine and musculoskeletal conditions. He employs a comprehensive approach to treatment, emphasizing minimally invasive solutions to optimize symptom management and patient function. With an engineering background combined with specialized medical training, Dr. Rhee utilizes both medical and mechanical approaches in diagnosing and treating patients. He offers a full range of treatment modalities, including epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac joint injections, and orthopedic joint injections. His expertise encompasses a variety of conditions such as herniated discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and bursitis.
