Biography

James K. Sebenius is the Gordon Donaldson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he founded the Negotiation unit and teaches advanced negotiation to graduate students and senior executives. He directs the Harvard Negotiation Project and has published extensively in the fields of negotiation and conflict resolution, including the seminal book '3D Negotiation'.
