James Stewart has spent the past twenty years working in international criminal justice, humanitarian law, and human rights as both a lawyer and scholar. His work has been recognized with several awards, including the La Pira Prize and the Cassese Prize, emphasizing his significant contributions to research on corporate liability in international crimes. Stewart is also known for his public lectures and engagement in the field of law and social sciences, with a particular focus on the historical and future trajectories of international criminal justice.
