Biography

James Barr von Oehsen is a research professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and the director of the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC). His role at PSC involves providing strategic leadership in advanced research computing, fostering innovations in next-generation computing, networking, and data science.
