Dr. Jan Lehm

Biography

Jan Lehm is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer in the School of Clinical Medicine at the University of New South Wales. He specializes in various aspects of clinical anaesthesia, focusing significantly on obstetric anaesthesia and diving & hyperbaric medicine. With a distinguished qualification of MD from Denmark and as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA), he brings extensive expertise in clinical research and evidence-based medicine to his teaching and research activities. His contributions to medical education and clinical effectiveness are notable, as he actively engages in clinical trials, pushing forward the boundaries of anaesthetic practice. Lehm is affiliated with several professional societies including the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, the Anaesthesia and Pain Management Society of Australia, the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, the Australian New Zealand Hyperbaric Medicine Group, and the Hyperbaric Technicians and Nurses Association.
