Jane Barlow is a Professor of Evidence-Based Intervention Policy Evaluation in the Department of Social Policy and Intervention at the University of Oxford. Her work also involves developing training programs for professionals supporting families in early years settings and has contributed significantly to the field of child mental health and welfare.
