Jane's main research interests include chronic health conditions in the older population, applying complex analytical techniques to explore survey data, stemming from her mathematical background. She obtained her PhD degree from the Institute of Cancer Research in 1998 and currently serves as the Chair of the Board Examiners for the BSc/MSci Population Health Sciences programmes at the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care (IEHC).
