Biography

Jane Boulden is a Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada and holds a cross-appointment in Political Studies at Queen’s University. She is a Research Fellow at the Queen’s University Centre for International Defence Policy. Between 2004 and 2014, she held the Canada Research Chair in International Relations and Security Studies at the Royal Military College. Prior to that, she was a MacArthur Research Fellow at the Centre for International Studies at the University of Oxford from 2000 to 2004. Her work focuses on several areas within international relations, particularly relating to peacekeeping, security, and Canadian foreign policy.
