Dr. Jane Gingrich

Biography

Jane Gingrich is a Professor at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention at the University of Oxford and serves as a Senior Research Fellow at Green Templeton College. She has previously held the position of Professor of Comparative Political Economy at the Department of Politics and International Relations and was a Tutorial Fellow at Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Her research focuses on Comparative Political Economy and Comparative Social Policy, with a specific interest in the contemporary restructuring of welfare state politics and institutional change. Throughout her career, Jane has contributed significantly to the understanding of how political and social policies are shaped by comparative frameworks.
