Biography

Jane Webster received her PhD from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is currently a Professor Emeritus at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Previously, she was an Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on information systems technologies that support environmental sustainability, examining the impacts of these technologies on distributed work, team effectiveness, organizational communication, employee recruitment and selection, as well as training and learning.
