Janine O'Flynn is the Director of the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University, a position she has held since 2023. The Crawford School is recognized as one of the leading multidisciplinary public policy schools in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on public policy excellence through research, education, and policy engagement. Before becoming Director, she was a Professor of Public Management at the University of Melbourne from 2013 to 2023, with a notable secondment to the Australia New Zealand School of Government from 2018 to 2023. O'Flynn's research and educational interests concern government functionality and the development of future leaders to enhance governmental outcomes.
