Biography

Janis Dale is a retired Adjunct Professor at the University of Regina, with a PhD in geoscience. She specializes in geomorphology, soils, paleosols, and Quaternary glacial sediments. Her current research studies the sedimentary history and paleoecology of Upper Cretaceous outcrops and Quaternary deposits in southern Saskatchewan, investigating environmental impacts on coastal zones and prairie lakes.
