Biography

Janis M. Taube, MD, is a prominent Professor of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins University's School of Medicine and a member of the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. Her laboratory has made significant advancements in identifying biomarkers for patient selection in novel immunotherapy regimens. Notably, she has contributed to the development of PD-L1 immunohistochemical scoring systems that have received FDA approval. Her extensive work has led to over 180 peer-reviewed publications, with significant citations ranging around 70,000.
