Biography

Jannicke Baalsrud Hauge is an associate professor in production logistics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, based at the Södertälje campus. She holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Bremen, where she also worked as a research scientist responsible for the functional architecture of an e-commerce software. She joined BIBA (Bremer Institute for Production and Logistics) in 2003, heading the BIBA Gaming Lab and coordinating contributions to national and international projects in the fields of Serious Gaming, ICT, production supply chain networks, and cyber-physical systems. Since 2015, Jannicke has been with KTH, where she serves as co-director of GaPslabs within the Department of Health Care Logistics. She manages EIT Digital projects and various EU research initiatives aimed at improving logistics education and practices. Jannicke's main research interests include ICT logistics, engineering education, and she has authored over 250 papers.
